Gary Stevens

Gary Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gary is currently a Project Manager at Credit Suisse, where they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Director at Arbor Steel starting from February 2020.

From 2016 to 2020, Gary was the Owner/Director of 5K Solutions Ltd, a consultancy firm. During this time, they worked on several notable projects, including a large-scale Brexit project for Societe Generale, the implementation of a client onboarding application for Santander Global Corporate Banking, and a Naval Communications system with The IP Company.

Before 5K Solutions, Gary held positions as a Senior Project Manager at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from April 2018 to June 2019, as well as at Santander GCB from November 2017 to May 2018. Gary also worked as a Senior Project Manager at The IP Company from January 2017 to November 2017.

Gary's earlier work experience includes roles as an IT Engagement Manager at Santander Asset Management UK from November 2014 to August 2016, a Project Manager / BA at The IP Company from August 2014 to November 2014, and a Delivery Manager at Fidessa from August 2012 to June 2014.

Their first professional role was at Newedge, where they served as an Associate Director from December 2005 to August 2011.

Gary Stevens graduated from Lincoln University, NZ with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance & Business Management in 1989. Prior to that, they attended Otago Boys High School from 1981 to 1985. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the HKSI Practising Certificate - Securities from the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute in January 2012. Gary also received certifications from Learning Tree International, including Project Management for Software Development in May 2011, SQL Server Integration Services for Business Intelligence in June 2008, and Management Skills: Building for Performance and Productivity in April 2007. In August 2014, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
