Justin Birch

Justin Birch currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of ArborGen, a leader in advanced seedling genetics for the commercial forestry industry. Prior to ArborGen, Justin held multiple key positions at Prima®️ Wawona, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, contributing to the company's prominence in the fresh fruit sector. Justin's experience extends to Materra Farming Company as Vice President of Finance, where responsibilities included identifying agricultural assets and sustainable growth strategies. Earlier roles in private equity investing with AGR Partners and Paine Schwartz Partners, along with an Analyst position at Credit Suisse specializing in mergers and acquisitions, further highlight Justin’s extensive background in finance and agriculture. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.
