Jherod Straker

JheRod Straker possesses extensive experience in mental health and human resources. Currently serving as a Mental Health Associate at Arbour Hospital since July 2014, JheRod focuses on assisting adolescents dealing with trauma, mental illness, and substance abuse while coordinating with their treatment teams for rehabilitation. Additionally, JheRod worked at The 'Quin House from August 2021 to September 2024 as a People & Culture Administrator and Human Resources Coordinator, where contributions included promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, leading the hiring and onboarding process, and maintaining accurate employee records. JheRod holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned in December 2018.
