Lester Gibbs is a seasoned regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Arbutus Biopharma Corporation since September 2020, Lester has previously held senior roles at Complexa Inc. and Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc., where regulatory leadership for infectious disease vaccine programs was a key responsibility. With a foundation in regulatory consulting, Lester has advised small biotech firms on drug development processes and FDA submissions. Additionally, Lester has held positions including Director of Regulatory Affairs at Actelion Clinical Research and over seven years managing regulatory functions at Morphotek, Inc.
