Saurabh Sasidharan

Saurabh Sasidharan is an experienced professional in customer success and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at ARC Advisory Group since May 2022. Previously, Saurabh held the position of Operations Manager at Orangewater.in, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire e-commerce cycle and leading a 10-member service team to enhance SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
