Laura Mendoza Garcia is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in change management and communications, currently leading large-scale initiatives within the government sector at Arc Aspicio since January 2021. With a strong background in project management, Laura has successfully overseen strategic planning, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. Prior roles include supporting a $1.5 million portfolio at the International Youth Foundation and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives at The Intern Group.
