Robert Thomas

Robert Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, consulting, and education. Currently serving as a Manager at Arc Aspicio since October 2017, Robert specializes in addressing complex challenges for government clients, particularly in homeland security and law enforcement. Concurrently, Robert is an Adjunct Instructor at Randolph-Macon College, teaching applied ethics courses informed by social and behavioral science. In addition to these roles, Robert has held various positions within organizations such as Young Professionals in Foreign Policy and Olgoonik Solutions, LLC, focusing on program management and regional affairs.
