Heather Reading is a seasoned communications professional with over 25 years of experience in the lifesciences industry. Currently serving as Partner at Arc Bio Communications since February 2022, Heather specializes in strategic consulting, positioning, and change communications, collaborating with various functions in both big and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies, as well as directly with CEOs and leadership teams in biotechs. Prior roles include Strategic Communications Director at Insocius, where extensive counsel was provided to major pharmaceutical companies such as GSK and Pfizer, and Senior Communications Consultant at Chandler Chicco Agency, known for expertise in a wide range of healthcare communications areas. Earlier career milestones include positions as Account Manager at Burson-Marsteller and Hill and Knowlton, focusing on healthcare PR and health policy. Heather is a graduate of Hult Ashridge, completing studies in 2015.
