James Puleo

James Puleo's work experience includes serving as an Executive Vice President at Arc Building Partners starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Development at CEI - Cypress Equity Investments from 2018 to 2021. From 2005 to 2018, they worked at BNE Real Estate Group as the EVP of Design & Construction. James started their career as a Project Executive at Plaza Construction from 1999 to 2005.

James Puleo attended Colgate University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
