Marc Layne

Marc Layne has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Marc began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1990, where they worked as a Manager for six years. In 1998, they joined Bear Stearns as a Managing Director, and they continued in this role for ten years. In 2008, they moved to JPMorgan as an Executive Director, where they stayed until 2010. During this time, they also served as the Managing Director, Sector Head - Communications Technology/Enterprise Systems & Solutions at RBC Capital Markets from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Arc-Com as the President and later became a member of the Executive Committee in 2017. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Board Member at Apptricity Corporation.

Marc Layne attended Lehigh University College of Business from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Afterward, from 1996 to 1998, they enrolled in NYU Stern School of Business, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.
