Rakesh Venugopalan

Rakesh Venugopalan is the Head of Operations and VFX Supervisor at ARC Creative, bringing 19 years of experience in the VFX and animation industry with prestigious studios such as RnH, DNeg, DreamWorks, and The Mill. They contributed to visual effects for Oscar-winning films like *The Golden Compass* and *Life of Pi*, while also working on major projects such as *The Incredible Hulk* and *Mission Impossible 5*. Throughout their career, Rakesh has held various leadership roles, including Head of Creative Operations at The Mill, where they managed 550 artists across studios in Bangalore and Mumbai. Rakesh holds a diploma in Animation Film Making from the Zee Institute of Creative Arts.
