Nathalie Dautriat

Nathalie Dautriat has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on various managerial roles. Nathalie'smost recent position is as the Group Human Resources Director at ARC Europe France, starting in December 2022. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Fives Maintenance from April 2020 to November 2022. From June 2018 to April 2020, they held the same role at Be Relax. Prior to these roles, Nathalie held several HR positions at MAPFRE ASISTENCIA SA - Groupe Mapfre, Staples France, JPG - Groupe STAPLES, JPG, Groupe Envergure - Louvre Hotels Group, Groupe Envergure - Louvres Hotels, and Ferretti Conseils. Overall, they have a strong background in human resources and has gained diverse experience throughout their career.

Nathalie Dautriat completed an Executive Master program in RH at Sciences Po from 2010 to 2011. In 1991, they obtained a Certificat d'études with a specialization in countries of Eastern Europe from the Ecole Supérieure d'Economie de Prague. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1991, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing/Commerce International at ESC LIBS in Paris.

Additionally, Nathalie Dautriat has several additional certifications. In June 2016, they completed a program on Change Management for Senior Executives at ESSEC Executive Education. In December 2015, they obtained a Certification in Behavioral Motivational Assessment from Thomas International. In October 2009, they earned the AVA certification in Behavioral Motivational Assessment from Bizet Human Asset Management.
