Erin Colombi

Erin Colombi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and training management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at ARC Group Inc since July 2018. Previously, Erin held the position of Sr. Vice President of Operations for Dick's Wings & Grill from June 2020 to February 2023. Prior roles include Director of Operations & Training and Director of Training at Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery from August 2009 to June 2020, as well as General Manager and Franchise Business Consultant. Erin's career also includes experience as Sales Manager for Clock Tower Resort, fostering business relationships, and a background in community relations and sales with Rockford RiverHawks. Notably, Erin served in the United States Army Reserve from June 1999 to June 2005 as an Ammunition Specialist, including deployment in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.
