Carla Dicanio

Carla DiCanio's work experience includes serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at ARC Health since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director HR Strategic Initiatives at Kaleida Health from July 2016 to October 2022. Carla has also worked at Erie County Medical Center Corporation, where they held various roles including Vice President Human Resources Compliance from September 2015 to July 2016, Director- Labor and Employee Relations from April 2014 to September 2015, and Employment Law Specialist from October 2006 to April 2014.

Carla DiCanio obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Syracuse University between 2000 and 2003. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
