Nasser al-Naimi

Nasser Al-Naimi currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Qatalum, a position held since October 2015, where responsibilities include planning and directing Human Resources, Qatariization & Development, and General Services functions to optimize employee relations and support business objectives. Additionally, Nasser is a member of the HR Committee for the Gulf Aluminium Council, contributing to industry strategy and best practices. Prior experience includes senior roles in Human Resources at Msheireb Properties, as well as personnel administration at Qatargas, and supervisory duties at Hamad Medical Corporation. Nasser holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and has completed an Executive Leadership Program at the Qatar Leadership Center, along with a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences and Economics from the University of Qatar.
