Leigh Legare

Leigh LeGare, MHA has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of business development and healthcare. Most recently, Leigh has been serving as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at ARC Health since August 2023. Prior to that, Leigh held the position of Vice President of Business Development at ARC Health from December 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining ARC Health, Leigh worked at Verbal Beginnings, LLC as the Director of Business Development from October 2020 to December 2021. Leigh also served as the Director of Business Development at Lutheran Services in America from January 2020 to September 2020.

Leigh's previous experience includes a tenure at Airrosti, where Leigh held several roles including Director of Business Development from September 2018 to January 2020, Senior Business Development Manager from April 2016 to August 2018, Business Development Manager from April 2013 to April 2016, and Certified Recovery Specialist from July 2011 to April 2013.

Leigh's early career involved working as a Neuro Exercise Therapist at SCI-FIT/ Project Walk Austin from November 2008 to July 2011. Before that, Leigh worked as a Personal Trainer of Arlington County at Arlington County from March 2006 to August 2008. Leigh's first job after completing education was as a High School Social Studies Teacher and J.V. Girls' Basketball Coach at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) from August 2005 to August 2008.

Leigh LeGare, MHA, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a certification in Secondary Education from Grove City College in 2004. Leigh later completed their Master of Health Administration degree at The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health from 2017 to 2019.
