Kevin Riggs

Kevin Riggs, P.E. serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at United Consulting since July 2025, where strategic growth initiatives and client acquisition efforts are led for a geotechnical engineering firm. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager at Tensar International from March 2015 to July 2025, achieving over 20% growth in revenue and market share for roadway products, and Transportation Engineer at Gresham, Smith and Partners from August 2009 to February 2015, focusing on transportation engineering work for various state and local Departments of Transportation. Kevin Riggs holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, attained between 2007 and 2010.
