Shea Gilchrist

Shea Gilchrist, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Starting with ECC Language Institute in 2009, they worked as an ESL Instructor and Proofreader. Following this, they joined Door Control Services as a Dispatcher from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they became an ESL Instructor at Elite Language Institute, teaching adult students English as a Second Language. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Door Controls USA as a Training Coordinator, enrolling technicians in courses and preparing materials. In 2018, they briefly served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at MooreCo Inc., providing administrative and event planning support. In 2019, Shea took on the role of HR Manager and Facility Manager at Omega Recovery, where they built the HR function from scratch and implemented policies and procedures. In 2023, they became a Recruiter at ECS Tuning, sourcing candidates and conducting phone screenings. Additionally, Shea also worked as a Human Resources Project Coordinator, leading the transition of HRIS platforms. Currently, they are working at ARC Health as an HR Integration Lead, developing processes for integrating new partner practices seamlessly into the company's platform and analyzing data to improve HR integration strategies. Shea Gilchrist, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Texas at Tyler from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also have a TESOL/TESL Certification from Oxford Seminars in 2008. Recently, in 2021, Shea obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
