Dave Shaffer

Dave Shaffer has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries. Dave served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Arc Health, a medical staffing business focused on achieving health equity. Prior to that, they were the CEO of First Step Staffing, where they integrated and aligned cultures of different staffing firms and established industry leadership in several growth segments. Before that, they worked as the Managing Director at New Napa Advisory. Dave also held multiple roles at DePaul Industries, including President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer, where they significantly grew the company's revenue and doubled the hours worked by persons with disabilities. Additionally, they were one of the founders and held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at Moonstruck Chocolate Co. Lastly, they worked at VTech Computers, Inc. as the Vice President of Finance and Operations, where they played a key role in the company's growth from $50 million to over $250 million.

Dave Shaffer pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Accounting from Purdue University, attending from 1976 to 1980.
