Ron Krueger

Ron Krueger has extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as Non QM Correspondent Sales at Arc Home since September 2023. Prior to this role, Krueger was the National Reverse Program Manager at Guaranteed Rate from March to September 2023 and held the position of HECM Division Manager at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. from September 2020 to March 2023, contributing to the development of a premier Reverse Lending Platform. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Correspondent Lending at Sprout Mortgage, Vice President of Client Development at Deephaven Mortgage, and Senior Vice President of Branch Expansion at Synergy One Lending. Krueger also held divisional leadership positions at Bay Equity, LLC, and served as President/CEO of Dollar Mortgage Corporation, growing it from startup to over 8,000 annual fundings. Krueger earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Redlands.
