Additionally, Craig operates their own consulting practice, CDG Consulting, providing solutions for operational challenges and growth. Previously, Craig held leadership positions at Mainstay Life Services and Pittsburgh Mercy, where Craig focused on strategic development, program management, compliance, and financial planning. Craig holds a Master's degree in Public Policy & Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
