Michael Anderer

Michael Anderer currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Urban Alchemy, where responsibilities encompass community relations, business development, fundraising, marketing, and supporting the organization’s growth through strategic projects. With prior experience as a consultant for the Saint Francis Foundation, Michael advanced systemic change initiatives in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood. As the Founding President of Cristo Rey De La Salle East Bay High School, leadership included launching an innovative educational model and overseeing significant renovation projects. In previous roles such as Vice President for Mission at De Marillac Academy and President & Executive Director of San Miguel Schools of Chicago, Michael focused on mission-driven education and organizational leadership. Educational qualifications include a BA in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, a Master's in Education from DePaul University, and a Master's in Theology from La Salle University.
