Stephanie Fields is a seasoned professional in workplace and employee experience management, currently serving as the Workplace & Employee Experience Manager at Arc Institute since January 2024. Previously, Fields held multiple roles at Cisco Meraki, including Global Employee Experience Manager and Digital Workplace Coordinator, fostering employee engagement and collaboration. Stephanie founded and managed Sugarfoot, a catering company specializing in Southern comfort food, and led a boutique PR firm, Make It Bigger Mama Publicity, focusing on music and entertainment clients. Additional experience includes organizing events for the San Francisco Virtual Reality meetup, coordinating experiences at LivingSocial, and managing publicity for Compass Records and EMI Music. Fields holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry Studies from Appalachian State University and a Digital Marketing degree from Udacity.
