Therese Costello

Therese Costello has extensive work experience in the field of People Operations and Management. Therese currently holds the role of Head of People at Arc Institute since 2023. Before this, they worked at Collective Health, where they held various positions, including VP of People Operations from July 2021 to June 2023, Director of People Operations from May 2017 to July 2021, and People Operations Manager from December 2015 to May 2017. Prior to Collective Health, Therese worked at Good Eggs as a Training, Development & Engagement Lead from January 2015 to August 2015 and People Team Lead from April 2013 to January 2015. Therese also has experience as a Producer and Production Manager during their self-employed period from January 2001 to July 2009.

Therese Costello has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Stanford University and a Master's Degree in Environmental Science, also from Stanford University.
