George Fox has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2022. George began their career in the British Army as an Operations Officer, where they played a crucial role in collating and analyzing geopolitical data for force protection during combat operations. George then transitioned to the private sector and worked as an Operations and Plans Manager at Salama Fikira, where they were responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the company.

Following this, George served as General Manager at SEVERN OFFSHORE SERVICES LTD, where they played a significant role in quadrupling turnover over three years. George managed the P&L and operational budget and led business development strategies. Additionally, they held the position of HSEQ & Operations Manager, responsible for managing company accreditation processes and chartering manager duties.

George's next role was as Chief Operating Officer at DePo, where they spent two years before joining ARC as Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder. At ARC, they instructed and integrated a cross-functional team, successfully launching a Web3 SaaS model GUI platform. George guided the company through fundraising initiatives, leading to a significant increase in market cap. George also expanded the customer base and implemented a SaaS model for scaling and migrating developers.
