Patricia Droguett

Patricia Droguett is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in driving transformation, innovation, and strategic alignment within organizations. As the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Software@Scale since 2019, Patricia specializes in addressing complex technical challenges and enhancing business performance. Previous roles include Transformation Executive at Coates Group, Head of Portfolio and Technology at AIA Australia, and Executive Manager of Wealth Technology at Commonwealth Bank. Patricia has also held program management positions at AMP, IAG, Transport for NSW, Citi, and Macquarie Bank, alongside a foundational role as Senior Engineering Manager at Commonwealth Bank. Patricia holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney and was recognized as Dux of School at Hornsby Girls High School.
