Tamara Perras

Tamara Perras is an experienced professional in the real estate and accounting sectors, currently working as an Accounting Bookkeeper at arc mercury since September 2021. With over 21 years at Riviera Coast Properties as a Sales and Leasing Specialist, Tamara successfully located and placed numerous tenants and property owners in the commercial market, managing over 480,000 square feet of flex space. Previous roles include Commercial Property Manager at Torrey Pines Business Park and Asset Manager at Platinum Properties, where Tamara developed a new income-generating sales program and trained 145 staff members. Additional experience encompasses property management at Rancho San Clemente Business Park and trustee responsibilities at CIBA Insurance Services, overseeing a unique commercial insurance company with $10 billion in TIV. Tamara holds an Associate of Arts degree from Brooks College and pursued further education at Saddleback College.
