Charlie Parry

Charles Parry, MSW, LSW, currently serves as the Director of Residential Services at The Arc Ocean County Chapter, overseeing five residential programs that assist 28 individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities, while ensuring compliance within a $3 million operation. Previously, Charles held various leadership roles at Easterseals New Jersey from July 1990 to January 2020, including Vice President Services, where a values-based culture was developed across a diverse service portfolio, and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for strategic planning and oversight of a $65 million budget serving over 7,000 individuals with disabilities statewide. Charles's extensive experience also includes managing employment services, substance abuse services, and behavioral health programs, supported by a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
