Luis C. is an experienced leader in the field of residential recovery and treatment services, currently serving as the Managing Director of Residential Services at Educational Alliance since October 2017. With a robust background that includes roles as Program Director at both Educational Alliance and Phoenix House, Luis has a proven track record in managing clinical operations, implementing evidence-based practices, and enhancing program outcomes. Earlier career experience includes positions with Outreach: Building Healthy Lives and Odyssey House, where Luis focused on adolescent services and supervised clinical staff. Luis holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Addiction, Prevention and Treatment from Empire State University, alongside certification in addiction counseling from The Resource CASAC Training Center.
