Devry Birdsell

Devry Birdsell has over a decade of experience in supporting individuals with disabilities, currently serving as a Direct Support Professional at The Arc of Anchorage since September 2011. Responsibilities include developing work maturity skills, providing on-the-job training, and supervising individuals. Previously held the position of Team Leader I - Job Developer (SES), facilitating intake, skills assessment, case management, and job placement for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Devry Birdsell completed a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) at Creighton University from 2017 to 2020, with extensive fieldwork experience in inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient pediatrics. Academic credentials also include a Bachelor of Arts in Ceramic Arts and Ceramics with a minor in Psychology, and two Associate Degrees in Human Services and General Studies from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
