Aleesha Awan

Aleesha Awan is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in support services and education. Currently serving as a Direct Support Professional at Seven Hills Foundation since March 2024, Awan provides personal care assistance to older individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities, focusing on their physical, mental, and emotional needs while promoting autonomy. As President of Rehmat-O-Noor, a non-profit established in December 2022, Awan works to enhance education, food security, and overall well-being for individuals in Pakistan, aiming to improve quality of life and reduce antisocial behavior in the region. A prior role as a Substitute Teacher at Al-Hamra Academy involved fulfilling teaching needs for various grade levels, and earlier experience as a Restaurant Crew Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill fostered teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Awan’s educational journey began with a high school diploma from Shrewsbury High School.
