Dottee Stacks

Dottee Stacks is the Stepping Out Associate Director at the Arc of Lane County. Dottee has been with the organization since February 2014 and has held various positions during their tenure. Prior to their current role, Dottee served as the Program Lead and Community Inclusion Specialist.

Dottee got their start in the field of construction with Jolley Construction. After a few years in the industry, they made the switch to working with The Arc of Lane County. Dottee has been an invaluable asset to the organization, using their experience and knowledge to help those with disabilities lead fulfilling lives.

Dottee Stacks pursued an associate's degree in juvenile corrections from Chemeketa Community College.

Dottee Stacks reports to Devin Duerst, Director, Employment Programs. They work with Kaia Reinke - Employment Path Assistant Program Manager, Rachel Messersmith - Employment Path Program Manager.
