Michael Zazzara has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Michael served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Programs and Services at Arc of Monroe County from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr Administrator at the same organization from 2014 to 2017. From 1997 to 2013, they worked at RGHS Hill Haven, where they served as Associate Administrator and Director of Resident Services, overseeing various departments and ensuring compliance with regulations. Michael also had a role as Acting Administrator at RGHS DeMay Living Center from 2011 to 2012, where they were responsible for the overall administration and operation of a 180-bed skilled nursing facility.

Michael Zazzara has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communications/Marketing and Business Administration from SUNY Brockport, which they obtained between 1992 and 1994. In 2012, they briefly attended Roberts Wesleyan University to study Business Administration.
