Alanna Booth

Alanna Booth is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Arc of the Ozarks since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resource Onboarding Specialist at the same organization, as well as a SkillUp Life Coach at MERS Goodwill Excel Center, where responsibilities focused on employment and barrier removal case management for individuals over 21. Alanna has also worked as an Employment Specialist at Preferred Family Health Care, collaborating with Vocational Rehabilitation to enhance job search skills for clients. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Behavior Interventionist, Graduate Assistant, WIOA Youth Career Counselor, Youth Specialist II, and various positions in customer service.
