Emily Smasal

Emily Smasal possesses extensive experience in community connections and employment solutions, currently serving as the Director of Community Connections & Employment Solutions at The Arc of the Ozarks since May 2023. Prior to this role, Emily worked as an Employment Coordinator at the Developmental Center of the Ozarks from November 2015 to May 2023 and held positions as a Job Developer and Program Supervisor at The Arc of the Ozarks from September 2014 to November 2015. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Missouri State University between 2008 and 2012.
