Jane Gordon

Jane Gordon has extensive experience in safety, risk management, and support coordination within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Safety and Risk Management Officer at The Arc of the Ozarks since February 2022, Jane previously held significant roles at Abilities First, including Assistant Director of Support Coordination and Director of Community Development from August 2004 to February 2022. Prior to this, Jane worked as the Service Coordinator Supervisor at the Springfield Regional Office for the State of Missouri from January 1992 to August 2004. Jane Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from Northwest Missouri State University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
