Karen Kroenke

Karen Kroenke is the current Director of the Kansas City Division at ARC OF THE OZARKS. Previously, they served as the President of Partners in Behavioral Milestones from July 2012 to October 2017. In this role, Karen was responsible for running the overall business and clinical operations of 5 companies. Karen also interacted with employees, clients, and departments to ensure quality operations and services. In addition, Karen developed annual budgets and analyzed financial opportunities to help the company grow and achieve revenue goals.

Prior to their role as President, Karen served as the Director of Operations at Kansas City Behavioral Health from May 2010 to January 2011. In this role, they managed directors and the administrative office team. Karen also oversaw daily operations and offered support to the division. Additionally, Karen acted as a liaison for the owner, ensuring company compliance. Karen reviewed and evaluated the company and developed strategic plans for growth. Thanks to their efforts, the company maintained effective operations. Karen also developed a crisis management program involving a crisis support team for individuals with special needs.

Karen Kroenke has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas. Karen also has certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.

Karen Kroenke reports to Mike Powers, President & CEO. They are on a team with Jessica Blake - Director, Development, Travis Gaston - Director, Joplin Division, and Sara Ibbetson - Director, Applied Behavior Analysis.
