Michele Fields

Michele Fields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication, public awareness, and real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Development Specialist at The Arc of the Ozarks since January 2024, Michele previously held the position of Director of Public Awareness at Abilities First from April 2010 to December 2023, after serving as an Administrative Assistant at the same organization. Leadership in real estate was demonstrated through independent work at Keller Williams, Realty Executive, and Home Team Properties from July 2005 to January 2012. Michele's career began at MWM Dexter, Inc. as an Account Executive and included a role as Assistant Production Manager/Customer Relations at Cantrell-Barnes Printing, Inc. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Missouri State University.
