Jill Deschner

Jill Deschner, P. Geo., PMP, is a Senior Geologist at ARC Resources Ltd. since August 2022, with extensive experience in geological assessment and resource evaluation. Prior roles include Senior Geologist for Ovintiv, where contributions focused on the Montney Formation's assessment, and various positions at Encana Corporation, including Geologist in Exploration and Development, where Jill evaluated the Cardium Formation and led geological assessments across several unconventional shale hydrocarbon targets. Early experience includes roles as Student Geologist and Senior Geological Assistant, fostering foundational skills in geological fieldwork and analysis. Jill Deschner holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology & Geography from the University of Regina and completed further education at Mount Royal University.
