P.eng. Armin Jahangiri

Armin Jahangiri, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in operations and engineering in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at ARC Resources Ltd. since June 2014, Armin has held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Operations and Vice President of Operations, focusing on the NEBC Montney operations. Prior to joining ARC, Armin worked at Encana Corporation where responsibilities included managing the Duvernay and Horn River assets, overseeing technical operations, completions, and production engineering. Earlier experience includes a role at Schlumberger in oilfield services marketing and operational management. Armin holds a Master of Engineering in Reservoir Characterization from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
