Eric Negrey

Executive Director, IT and Facilities at ARCA biopharma

Eric Negrey has extensive work experience in IT leadership roles. Eric started their career in 2001 at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they served as the IT Director for the Life Sciences Division until 2007. Eric then joined ARCA biopharma, Inc. as the Executive Director of IT and Facilities, a position they held for over a decade. In 2018, Negrey joined Waters Corporation as the IT Director for Global Manufacturing.

Eric Negrey began their education at Glendale Community College in 1988, where they pursued an Associates degree without a specified field of study. After completing their time at Glendale Community College, Eric went on to study Mechanical Engineering at San Jose State University starting in 1990. However, it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution.

In 2008, Eric attended Colorado State University and focused on Business Administration, specifically in Management and Operations. It is unknown if they completed a degree in this field as well.

Throughout their career, Eric also obtained various certifications. In 1999, they earned certifications from Microsoft including MCSE, MCP, and MCNP. In 2002, they obtained a certification in Sun Unix Administration Solaris 9. More recently, in 2016, Eric obtained certifications in Applied Strategic Management, Effective Communication, Team Collaboration, Conflict Resolution, and Managing Business Fundamentals in The Global Marketplace, all from Colorado State University-Global Campus. Eric also received certifications in Server Pro 2016, Network Pro, and Security Pro from the TestOut Corporation.

Finally, in 2018, Eric obtained the CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification from the Project Management Institute.
