Alberto Balarezo Huamán

Alberto Balarezo Huamán is an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in various leadership roles within the maintenance sector. Currently serving as Jefe Nacional de Mantenimiento at Arca Continental Lindley since July 2017, Alberto previously held similar positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev, COPEINCA, and Cerámica San Lorenzo. With foundational experience as Ingeniero de Mantenimiento at Herbo Spice Perú S.A.C. and earlier roles including Asistente de Mantenimiento at Teknoquimica S.A. and a maintenance internship at SIDERPERU, Alberto has developed comprehensive expertise in maintenance management. Alberto holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruíz Gallo, a Master's degree in Maintenance Management from National University of Engineering, a specialization in Industrial Process Automation from TECSUP, and a diploma in Maintenance and Reliability from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
