Hernán Novelo Montemayor

Hernán Novelo Montemayor currently serves as the National Sales and Marketing Director at Arca Continental Lindley, overseeing trade marketing and point of sale processes across all distribution channels since June 2021. Prior to this role, Hernán accumulated extensive experience at Arca Continental, progressing through various positions such as Channel Commercialization Global Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, National Key Account Lead, and Modern Trade Sales and Distribution Lead from October 2006 to May 2021. Hernán's career began at LAMBI as a Trade Marketing Executive from November 2004 to September 2006. Hernán holds a Licenciatura in International Marketing from Universidad de Monterrey, a Master’s degree in Administration and Management from Universidad Regiomontana S.C., and a Bachillerato from Universidad de Monterrey.
