Jorge Vildoso

Jorge Vildoso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. As the Founder of ProductivaMENTE since September 2021, Jorge focuses on personal growth through strategic tools and tactics. In the role of Gerente de Capital Humano at Arca Continental Lindley since May 2012, Jorge promotes cultural transformation and develops strategic human resource policies. Prior experience includes serving as Organizational Development Manager at Talma Menzies, where Jorge designed high-performance strategies and supported organizational change. Jorge's tenure at AmBev saw various roles, including Analyst of People and Corporate Management and Supervisor of Packaging Beer.
