Julio César Odiaga Roca

Julio C. is an experienced software engineer and technical lead with a strong background in cloud computing, full-stack development, and mentorship. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Data#3, Julio is focused on developing cloud-based solutions with Microsoft Azure. Previous roles include delivering full-stack applications at Circular Economy Systems (CES) and hosting technical interviews at Karat for major companies like Amazon and Roblox. At Chegg Inc., Julio mentored over 100 full-stack students, while at IBM, Julio led initiatives that influenced significant cloud adoption. Julio co-founded PYC, Inc., launching a bitcoin ATM startup, and has additional experience in cybersecurity and research from earlier roles. Julio holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Marist College.
