Babikr Salih has a diverse work experience in the technical support and customer service field. Babikr started their career in 2007 as a Help Desk/ Tech Support at Guilford Performance Textiles, where they provided technical assistance to customers via telephone and email. Babikr then moved on to work at ALPHANUMERIC SYSTEMS at CONE HOSPITAL in 2012 as an IT Analyst & Desktop Support, where they supported the development and implementation of the Cone Health Link Epic launch and maintained the Active Directory and ticketing system.
