Mariam Naficy

Mariam Naficy is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Arcade since March 2023, Naficy is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Heretic Ventures, a venture studio focused on the creator economy, established in January 2021. Naficy founded and leads Minted, a prominent creative goods marketplace, since its inception in June 2007. Additionally, Naficy holds board positions at Victoria's Secret and Medium and previously served on the boards of Yelp and Polyvore. Early career experiences include launching The Body Shop’s e-commerce business and founding Eve.com, where significant fundraising and team management were achieved. Naficy holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Political Economy from Williams College.
