Sean Healy

Sean Healy is a results-driven sales professional with 30 years of extensive experience in managing teams and developing strategic business initiatives that drive sales results. Currently serving as Director of Sales & Sales Strategy at Arcadia Consumer Healthcare since June 2023, Sean previously held the role of Trade Strategy Lead at Edgewell Personal Care from January 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Sean was a Sr Sales Strategy Manager at Bayer HealthCare from December 2018 to January 2021, and has held various sales strategy and leadership roles at Bayer HealthCare from 1990 to 2018. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Rhode Island College, earned between 1982 and 1986.
