Enrique Suárez

Enrique Suárez has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Enrique started their career as a Help Desk Specialist at CCOO in 2007. Enrique then worked as an Application Developer at Embalajes Rocamora in 2011. From there, Enrique joined IBM and held various roles including Datacenter Operations Technician, Datacenter Operations Tier III Tech, Datacenter Operations Trainer, and finally Datacenter Operations Team Lead, where they worked until December 2019.

In 2020, Enrique joined Nielsen as a System Engineer. Enrique'sresponsibilities included Microsoft SQL Server querying and development, Linux SysAdmin tasks such as automation, documentation, software installation/testing, and virtualization using VMware. Enrique also had experience with MongoDB, Robo3T, and kubectl, and provided L2 Customer Support for resolving issues related to data deliveries, API, and widgets.

Currently, Enrique works at Arcadia Gaming Solutions as a NOC Engineer. Enrique'srole involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, coordinating incident resolution with internal and external technical experts, writing internal documentation, and improving procedures. Enrique also has experience in Linux shell scripting for CCTV and configuring CCTV on Raspberry Pi for public display.

The certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2022, with the most recent certification obtained in December 2022.
