Joseph Kushinski

Joseph Kushinski is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in program and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Program Manager and Sr. Director of IT Operations at Arcadia since January 2022, Joseph has held various leadership roles including Senior Technical Project Manager. Prior to Arcadia, Joseph worked at PNC as an Applications Manager from February 2017 to January 2022 and held the position of Data Analytics Manager at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions for a year. Joseph's career began at Ridge Tool Company as a Software Development Intern, leading to roles such as Senior Developer and culminating in positions including Collaborative Systems Team Lead at Emerson Network Power. Joseph holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Toledo and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Lorain County Community College.
